Darfur Satellite Images

Google Earth updated their database of high-resolution satellite images last week and included parts of Darfur. Here's Nyala, Sudan in maps.google.com to give you an idea of the level of detail. (Tip: The free, standalone version of Google Earth is better for field and planning use. It has more features, including displaying GPS coordinates wherever you drag the cursor. Highly recommended.)
